Kosmodrom: Zero Vector (C64)
A downloadable Adventure
A retro-inspired breakout game for the Commodore 64! Smash bricks and conquer cosmic levels. Control your wide, transparent paddle in Level 1 of this retro arcade adventure. Collect power-ups like the sticky ball or paddle shrink, hit special flashing bricks that break additional blocks when struck, and enjoy zero-gravity effects in a space-themed arcade adventure.
I’d love your feedback!
Controls – are they responsive?
Ball physics – is it predictable?
Collisions – are hits accurate?
Difficulty – too easy / too hard?
Game pace – too slow / too fast?
Frustration – anything annoying?
Clarity – is everything clear on screen?
Bugs – anything strange 😄
Let me know:
- what’s fun
- what to improve
- what doesn’t work
To create procedural backgrounds, music sequences, and game logic in this C64 demo Kosmodrom Zero Vector, I used my own Python generators, as well as my own scripts in ASM, ANSI C, and Python. All tools were developed by me, showcasing a combination of classic programming skills and modern scripting techniques.
Enjoying the low-level Linux/C64 madness?
